  • Hing / asafetida 1/4 Tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 Tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 Tbsp
  • Ajwain / carom seeds 1/4 Tsp
  • Besan / chickpea flour 2 Cups
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 Tsp

  • Hing 1/2 Tsp
  • Ghee 5 Tbsp
  • Water 4 Cups
  • Cumin seeds 3 Tsp
  • Dry red chilli 2
  • Mustard seeds 3 Tsp
  • Methi / fenugreek seeds 1/2 Tsp
